I thank you for your support, and for giving me the ‘Peace of Mind’ - which you indicate in your end-of-email messaging...

I emphasized this point for the following reasons:

- I believe professional services providers should provide EXPERT advice, AND ALSO give the customer Peace-of-Mind.

- When I was at McKinsey, the concept of serving-the-customer and over-delivering on projects was drilled into me/us... (yes, McK is expensive, but I will always respect that company, for the values they stand for.)

- If expertise in a certain subject area is not available at a certain firm, they should have the integrity to direct the customer to another advisor.

- Unfortunately, I have seen TOO MANY instances where professional services companies (or individuals) do not appear to work in a value-based way, and put profit above integrity (and even above ethics)... Surprising to me, I have faced this in Sweden - of all places.

While I have not done an in-depth analysis of specific work done by Ossman, nor benchmarked the costs you have charged me - you ALWAYS gave me Peace-of-Mind... which is very important for me, as your customer.

Again, thank you for your support - for over 10 years!
